Return Policy:

   Racing Products are sold as is.  There is no warranty on racing products because of the nature of the sport.

   HRS Applications warrants to the original purchaser, and no others, that it will repair, replace or adjust without charge, any computer product sold by it which is found by HRS Applications' examination to contain any defects in material or workmanship for a period of (30) days from the date of original purchase as evidenced by invoice or bill of sale.  There is no warranty on internal computer parts purchased and installed by someone other than our staff. 

   THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

1.  Computer has external damage or apparent misuse.

2.  Hardware has been tampered with or new computers have been opened or accessed to internal electronics or devices within the 30 day period of purchase or within the specific warranty of the machine.

3.  Computer parts have been installed by someone other than our staff.

4.  Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification.

 This is a Limited Warranty.  Therefore, no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose which is extended beyond the descriptions and limitations of the face hereof and none shall be implied by law.  HRS neither assumes or authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with HRS Applications products uses or applications.

This warranty does not limit rights which may be available under individual State laws.
